Autenvi General Terms and Conditions
The following definitions apply in these terms:
Right of Withdrawal: The period during which the consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumer: A natural person not acting for commercial purposes who enters into a distance agreement with the trader.
Day: Calendar day.
Continuous Agreement: A distance agreement concerning the regular delivery of products and/or services over a period of time.
Durable Medium: Any instrument enabling the storage of information for future reference.
Trader: The natural or legal person who sells products/services at a distance.
Distance Agreement: An agreement concluded via remote communication means (e.g., the internet).
Remote Communication Means: Communication tools used to conclude agreements (e.g., email, web).

These terms apply to all distance agreements between Autenvi and consumers.
Prices are stated exclusive of customs duties and import VAT.
The carrier (e.g., Postnord) will charge import VAT upon delivery within the EU.
The agreement becomes binding when the consumer accepts these terms.
14-day withdrawal period from receipt of the product.
The product must be returned in its original packaging.
The consumer bears the cost of return shipping when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Does not apply to:
Price adjustments are only permitted in case of VAT changes.
Autenvi warrants that the products meet agreed specifications.
Maximum delivery time: 30 days
The consumer may cancel the order in case of delayed delivery.
1 month notice period for continuous agreements.
Payment must be made within 7 working days.
Must be reported within 7 days from when the fault was discovered.
Response within 14 days.
Payment data may be reported in accordance with EU regulations.
